Step 3: We Send You a Video Shortlist
Within 48 hours, you receive a shortlist of 2–4 pre-qualified candidates, each with:

Once you’ve chosen your contractor, we manage onboarding, contracts, and compliance — including IR35 support. We can also work through your preferred MSP or payroll partner.
